Each of the three telescopic legs can be individually detached. If the Walkstool Comfort is at its normal extended height, just depress the red lock button into its own tube to slide a leg out.

If it is in a collapsed position (as shown), just extend a leg quickly to allow the red lock button to overshoot its click position.

Wash all the telescopic legs with water after heavy use in the field to prolong its lifespan.
