As late as 1965, a 6 mile (9.66km) long railway branch was added to the main Singapore line from Bukit Timah Railway Station to Jurong Port Road.
However, it was severely under-utilised and was subsequently abandoned. It now remains an interesting site for nature lovers and trekkers (plus photographers).
Featured here were scenes from Clementi portion of the
abandoned railway track that spanned Ulu Pandan River and Sunset Way.
Paranormal Activity Alert: See Pics #11 & #12 for '
something' strange that stands quietly in the shade at the far end of the abandoned railway track ... and the rest for the 'exciting' revelation.
Note: This gallery is the result of 3 separate visits to the Clementi ART.
