The 6th REEF Wakefest, which is part of the Waterfest Singapore 2008, kicked off on the 30th and 31st of August at Kallang Riverside Park. This event featured the best local and regional wakeboarders from Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Philippines and Thailand.
I went to cover the actions on a Sunday but the sun was shy the whole day and kept hiding behind the clouds; only taking that few occasional peeks once in a while.
Professional wakeboarders J D Webb and Tino Santori from the USA were invited to put on demonstrations during the 2-days event. They didn't disappoint; they were crowd pleasers.
