If I tell my photographer friends about an interesting telescopic gadget, chances are they will think I’m talking about a new tripod or monopod. Little do they know that I’m actually talking about a stool – yes, a stool with three telescopic legs.

As an avid macro photographer, I am always on the lookout for a light and compact stool that I can attach to any of my camera bags and it has to be easily deployable in the field. It also has to be sturdy for prolong usage and rugged enough to withstand the harsh conditions of the great outdoors.

Last but not least, it has to be kind on my behind. I think I have found such a stool. It is not just any stool, it’s a Walkstool. What stool you say?!?
